2025 SAPOE Annual Conference at Allegiant Air Headquarters, Las Vegas, Nevada.

22^nd and 23^rd October 2025

The conference will be held at Allegiant’s Headquarters, located at the following address in Las Vegas:

The conference will take place throughout two days, Wednesday, October 22nd and Thursday, October 23rd.  The times for the conference are slated from 08:00 to 16:30 PDT (GMT-7) each day.  The conference will include morning and afternoon breaks each day, as well a break for lunch.

Participation in the conference, onsite or virtual, is limited to SAPOE Members.

Social Event

The Conference Planning Committee is actively planning this year’s social event, which will be held on the evening of Thursday, October 23^rd, after the 2^nd day of the conference.  The social event will be open to both members attending the conference and their guests, and there will be a per person fee for the social event.

Hotel

SAPOE has negotiated a block of rooms from Oct 21 – 24 at the Suncoast Hotel & Casino for a nighty rate of $148 (including taxes and fees) for single or double occupancy.  This rate is individually applied for the nights of Oct 21st, 22nd and 23rd, so those who plan on staying less than 3 nights can still take advantage of this rate.

The Suncoast Hotel & Casino is conveniently located less than a 10-minute drive from the conference venue, offers various dining options, and has free onsite parking.

If the Suncoast Hotel & Casino isn’t for you, there are other options available nearby.  We recommend the Hampton Inn Las Vegas/Summerlin and Best Western Plus – Las Vegas West as two reasonably-priced alternatives.
