Social Event

This year’s social event will take place at the C.R. Smith Museum on the American Airlines campus.  The event will be held on Thursday, October 26 from 7 to 10 pm.

The social event is open to both members attending the conference and their guests. Please plan accordingly and let us know if you, and a guest, plan to join us. There is a $45 per person fee for the social event.

Hotel

As outlined in the first conference update message, we have made arrangements for reduced room rates with two hotels.
